About the Parade

The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association (SRHBA) Parade of Homes is back, and ready for you to explore!

The 2024 Parade of Homes is the perfect time to find inspiration for your dream home, see the newest innovations and trends in home building and design, with opportunities to win prizes throughout the whole parade! – all with absolutely no pressure and at your own pace.

Each home is fully staged and professionally decorated so you can see today’s newest trends and innovations in home design. You might even find some cool new features that you didn’t know could be built into homes! Parade of Homes also has a large focus on  NetZero energy homes. NetZero energy homes produce as much clean energy as they consume, resulting in the ultimate in indoor comfort and energy efficiency.

While each of the homes are beautiful and unique in their own right, they also share one very important thing in common – they were all built by a Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB). This means these builders hold themselves to the highest standards by adhering to a code of ethics, completing the CPHB education program, offering third-party warranty on every home, and making safety, ongoing training, and professionalism a priority.
